Seehotel Garni Poellmann - Zell am Moos

It's a wonderful location. Breakfast is very good. The rooms are big and clean. . . All in all very fine for a relaxed holiday.

The wellness area needs some care. It would be great if there were bicycles to rent.

It was great and harmfull for all time when we were there.

We have very very countryside feeling during the time, but that it is the reason maybe why we go back next time,,,,:)

I liked the location. I know the general area quite well but didn't know the Lake Irrsee on which the hotel sits. Very unspoilt and few summer tourists.I would go there again.

Food could be improved

We wanted to escape the city and go where we could relax and see the countryside and this Hotel was definitely it, it had everything we were seeking for quick weekend getaway. The location is just spot on, right on the lake with private sunbathing area with a little rowing boat for guests use free of charge. The Hotel also provided cushions for the sun loungers. As for the Hotel, the rooms are spacious and very clean with an open balcony. The buffet breakfast catered for everyone's needs and was more than enough to eat. The weather was too hot for the free sauna but would be very welcoming for those cold winter months. But what really makes this Hotel is the staff and the owners who are always willing to go out of their way to help and assist with your every need. Always available and never without a smile, we felt well looked after which really added to the whole weekend. We are already planning our next return ! I rate this 5*****

Basically a nice Landgasthaus - but not a 4* hotel. Friendly staff, nice countryside. Price too high for the standard.

Nice Location and the was room quite big.

Nothing Special, just a hotel. Not enough staff, seemed to be family run, so early morning or late service and facilities not available

Large and comfortable room, nice spa area, great location, especially if weather is good, in our case it was not :-(

Unfortunately a few things missing which I expect from a 4 star hotel: no kettle in room for tea or coffee, not enough towels, no towels or slippers provided for spa area, no information material concerning the hotels facilities nor about the area in hotel room, etc. In addition, all balconies are joined together, which means that you have constantly other guests passing in front of your window. So much for privacy...

Very relaxed, informal atmosphere with good food.
